Return Policy

If, for any reason, you have a problem with your order, write us first and we'll do everything possible to help you!

We offer free exchange within a 14 days delay following your purchase on unworn product in case of damage, defect or error on the ordered size. Returns can be made in exchange of a replacement product or a refund on the payment method used for the order. 

To minimize the risk of this happening, we meticulously inspect each shirt before its pressing and before its shipping. However, since each GRiM MTL shirt is unique and individually made by hand, we don't offer exchange on our products if the ordered size* doesn't fit or if the final product isn't what you expected.
